American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA)
ATSSA’s mission is to promote and enhance the roadway safety industry through charitable giving or public awareness programs. The American Traffic Safety Services Association, an international trade association, is located in Fredericksburg, Va. Since 1969, ATSSA has represented companies and individuals in the traffic control and roadway safety industry. Over 1,600 ATSSA members provide the majority of features, services and devices used to make our nation's roadways safer.
American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA)
The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is a federation whose primary goal is to aggressively grow and protect transportation infrastructure investment to meet the public and business demand for safe and efficient travel.
National Sheriffs' Association (NSA)
The National Sheriffs Association serves law enforcement and other criminal justice professionals of the nation and is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising the level of professionalism among those in the criminal justice field. Highway safety is a key goal of this organization.
National Association of Truck Stop Owners (NATSO)
NATSO is a Washington-based trade association of 1200 members belonging to the travel plaza and truck stop industries. It is headquartered just outside Washington, D.C. and represents over 913 travel plazas and truckstops nationwide, owned by more than 222 corporate entities. Since 1960, NATSO has dedicated itself to the needs of truckstops, travel plazas and their suppliers by serving as America's official source of information on the diverse industry.
National Workzone Safety Information Clearinghouse
The National Workzone Safety Information Clearinghouse mission is to identify, collect, organize, and effectively disseminate the best information available to make work zones safer for highway workers and the traveling public. The Clearinghouse has the world's largest online library of free information on these topics: accident and crash data, latest technologies and equipment, best practices, key safety engineer contact information, laws and regulations, worker safety training materials, research and publications, public education campaigns.
